Rose McGill Holiday Sharing

Rose McGill Holiday Sharing

The Holiday Program of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation is a “family” support system for current Rose McGill Confidential Aid recipients, especially at holiday times. Alumnae associations, chapters or individuals members may participate in making the holidays a happier time for those members in need.

Our 2017 Holiday Program Recipient

This year, the Atlanta Alumnae Association has been selected to support Kelsie. She is a senior with a major in Environmental Studies and a minor in Political Science. She has a 3.12 GPA.  She is responsible for all school and personal expenses for her senior year. Kelsie comes from a loving and supportive home. Her family works very hard to provide for their children. They have taken advantage of scholarships and financial aid. However, they are still feeling a financial pinch with two daughters in college and a loss from mother’s income due to a change in her company’s health care plan. Her father’s hourly income is not steady as it is seasonal. This past summer she has been working at a packaging company and she has a job lined up to work during the fall 2017 semester.

How You Can Help

Email our VP of Philanthropy: Arleen Poquette at ampoq04@gmail.com.

The Atlanta Alumni Association is excited for the opportunity to brighten Kelsie's holiday season this year with the holiday spirit of her Kappa sisters!
